Artwork

What graphic file type should I send you?

EPS, Illustrator, Corel Draw or PDF in a ‘Vector’ format are ideal, with text converted to outline. Typically art files like jpeg, gif, tiff & word are not useable forms of art. Please ensure you advise us of any specific PMS colours

What if I don't have artwork or a useable logo?

If appropriate artwork can’t be provided to specifications, we can assist with the creation and development of artwork to decorate your products. We may have to recreate logos when we receive basic files. We charge $25 to recreate your logo to an acceptable format, which will be passed onto you to keep for future use. We will waiver any charge for large orders. If you just require basic typesetting, we can do this free of charge.

How do I place an order?

Simply email or phone us. We will send you an Order Confirmation confirming all products and costs.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 24 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

Do you supply products that are not featured on the website?

We certainly do! We work with suppliers all over Australia and the Globe, our website is a snap shot of some of the innovative products we can offer or get custom made you.

We can offer the entire range for most featured brands on our site so just request a quote.

What is a minimum order quantity?

Minimum order quantities apply to all products both blank and with customised merchandise. We can quote and supply under MOQ for most products. Please feel free to speak with our team to find out about what other options may be available.

Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship nationwide in Australia.

Please contact us at info@stellarpa.com.au for shipping rates outside of Australia and we will quote accordingly.

We are happy to ship internationally to countries such as USA, CANADA, NZ, EUROPE and UK

Delivery

Freight is free for orders over $99.

Flat $9.95 shipping rate for orders under $99

Freight rates are for Australian Wide Shipping

Delivery can take up to 5 days on undecorated items.

If the item needs to be ordered in, it may take up to 10 days. 

Decorated items take between 3 to 15 Business Days.

Anyone at the Delivery Address who receives the Goods shall be presumed by STELLAR BRANDED SOLUTIONS to be authorised to receive the Goods.

If there is no-one at the Delivery Address or no-one of appropriate age to receive the Order when the Order is delivered, STELLAR BRANDED SOLUTIONS may retain possession of the Goods and may charge an additional delivery fee when attempting to redeliver the Goods.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard production time from order and artwork approval is approximately 2-3 weeks for branded merchandise, subject to stock availability. We make every effort to ensure that products featured on our website are in-stock and ready for branding. Occasionally, due to circumstances beyond our control, stocks of depleted and we will do our best to offer you comparable product alternatives that can delivered on time and on budget.

If you require your order in a hurry will do our best to ensure deadline is meet, alternatively we can suggest a products that can be turned around in a short timeframe.

We have a range of products with 24 hour express production.

Returns and Refunds

Returns

We have a 30-day refund & exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving undecorated items to arrange a refund or exchange.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged.
In an event where the decorated goods are received damaged in any way then we will refund the purchase cost or replace the goods.

Please notify us if there any are shortages on inspection of receiving goods so we can replace.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods such as Essential PPE and special ordered items.
Custom products such as special orders or decorated items with embroidery aren't returnable.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that are on sale/clearance which are discontinued products. 

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

Items must be returned in the exact condition they arrived in to be accepted for exchange. Tags must be attached. Exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
