Returns
We have a 30-day refund and exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving undecorated items to arrange a refund or exchange.
In the case that an exchange is granted due to incorrect selection of items, additional re-stocking & freight charges will apply.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged. In an event where the decorated goods are received damaged in any way then we will refund the purchase cost or replace the goods.
Please notify us if there any are shortages on inspection of receiving goods so we can replace.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods such as Essential PPE and special ordered items.
Custom products such as special orders or decorated items with embroidery aren't returnable.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that are on sale/clearance which are discontinued products.

Exchanges
Items must be returned in the exact condition they arrived in to be accepted for exchange. Tags must be attached. Exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
